Well Led Group Program

My Well Led Group Program will help you improve the most essential areas of your wellbeing with the accountability and support we all need when making changes for better health.


During this 6-week online virtual group program, you will get everything you need to start feeling like the very best version of YOU again!

  • Restorative Sleep

  • Nutrition and Hydration

  • Menu Options and Meal Planning

  • Stress and Self-care Strategies

  • Mindfulness and Brain Health

  • Saboteurs preventing your success

Here’s what you’ll receive:

  • 6 virtual group sessions conducted via Zoom video conference call

    (Group sessions will be held on Tuesday evenings from 7-8:30pm EST and will be recorded)

  • Daily interaction in our private Facebook Group

  • Weekly guides with information and tips

  • My favorite healthy recipes and meal prep guides

  • My go to tools and resources to support your success

  • Training, knowledge, empowerment and freedom to live a healthy lifestyle
